Haulage software · Built in Northern Ireland

Run your haulage office from one screen.

Kyber is software for haulage companies. Your jobs, drivers, trucks, invoices and compliance dates in one place, with an app on your drivers' phones. It drafts the paperwork. You check it and send it.

  • For fleets from one truck to fifty and more
  • Works across GB, Northern Ireland and Ireland, in £ and €
  • We load your existing spreadsheets for you, so you start with your own data

One system instead of the bits and pieces most offices run on.

  • The whiteboard
  • Diary of test dates
  • Invoices typed in Word
  • Ringing drivers with changes
  • Paper PODs in the cab
  • "Where's my load?" calls
What Kyber is

Four parts, one system.

An office dashboard, an app for your drivers, invoicing that chases itself, and every compliance date in one place. They all share the same jobs, so nothing is typed twice.

01 · The office

Every job, driver and truck on one screen.

Take a booking, pick the driver and the truck, and see the whole day at a glance. Before the day starts, Kyber checks it for you.

  • Each morning it flags a driver booked on two jobs, jobs with no driver, and trucks with a check overdue
  • Plans change? Move a job to another driver in one click. Their phone updates and tells them what changed
  • Booking emails sent to your Kyber address arrive with a reply drafted
  • Repeat work suggests the driver and truck who usually do that run
02 · The driver app

Your drivers get today's work on their own phone.

Nothing to install from an app store. Drivers sign in from a link and see only their own jobs.

  • Walkaround check before clocking on. A failed item goes straight to the office
  • Proof of delivery with photos and a signature, attached to the job there and then
  • "Running late" in two taps. The office sees the new time and can update the customer
  • When a job is changed or moved, the phone shows what changed
03 · Invoices and chasing

Invoiced the day it's delivered. Chased when it's late.

When a driver marks a job delivered, Kyber drafts the invoice from the job and its rate, with the POD attached. You look it over and send it. If it goes overdue, the reminder is drafted too.

  • No more invoicing on a Friday afternoon or at month end
  • Customer updates drafted from the live job, including a new arrival time if a driver is running late
  • Figures in £ and € for work on both sides of the border
04 · Compliance dates

Every test, check and licence date, flagged weeks early.

Annual tests, PMIs, brake tests, tax, insurance, tacho calibration, driving licences and Driver CPC for every truck, trailer and driver. Record a check and the next date sets itself.

GBDVSANIDVAIERSA · CVRT

Kyber tracks dates and records. It doesn't check drivers' hours or working time.

26 pallets of chilled food for North Coast Foods, Belfast to Dublin. Here's what happens, and who does what.

  1. 1 of 4 · The booking

The email arrives with a reply already drafted.

Paula emails your Kyber address asking for Thursday. It lands in Kyber with a reply written for you. You check it, send it, and add the job.

  2. 2 of 4 · Driver and truck

The usual driver, on a truck that's road-legal.

Kyber sees Michael has done this run six times and is free on Thursday. It skips anyone already booked that day and any truck with a check overdue. One click fills in the driver and the truck.

  3. 3 of 4 · Delivery

Proof of delivery, done at the kerb.

Michael photographs the signed docket and gets a signature on his phone. It's on the job before he's left the yard, so nobody chases paper on Friday.

The rest of the day

The things that usually mean a phone call.

The same work still gets done. Kyber does the typing and the chasing, and your people make the decisions.

  1. The day is checked before you arrive

A driver double-booked, a job with nobody on it, a truck with a PMI overdue. Flagged in one list.

  2. Drivers check their trucks on their phones

Walkaround checks are recorded against the truck. A failed item is reported to the office at once.

  3. The plan changes

Move a job to another driver. Their phone updates and shows what changed. No phone call needed.

  4. A driver is running late

Two taps on their phone. You see the new time and send the customer a drafted update.

  5. The compliance digest

What's due in the coming weeks, for every truck, trailer and driver.

"Every haulier I spoke to had the same office: a good planner, a good customer person, and a whole desk given over to typing the same job into three places and chasing paper. Kyber is there to take that desk away."

Questions

The things people ask first.

What exactly is Kyber?

Software for running a haulage company. Your office uses it in a web browser to manage jobs, drivers, trucks, trailers, invoices and compliance dates. Your drivers use the Kyber driver app on their phones. Both work from the same information, so a change in the office shows up on the driver's phone straight away.

Do my drivers need to download anything?

No. Drivers get a sign-in link and use the app in their phone's browser. It works on any reasonably recent iPhone or Android phone.

Does it work in the Republic of Ireland?

Yes. Kyber follows RSA rules (CVRT) in Ireland as well as DVA in Northern Ireland and DVSA in Great Britain, and shows figures in £ and €. It suits fleets that cross the border every day.

Is AI going to send emails to my customers on its own?

Not unless you tell it to. Kyber drafts invoices, reminders and customer updates, and they wait for someone in your office to check and send them. You can switch individual types to send automatically once you trust them.

We have years of data in spreadsheets. Can it come across?

Yes. Send us what you have (a spreadsheet, an export from your current system, a PDF or even a photo of a list) and we load your vehicles, trailers, drivers and due dates for you. Your old system can keep running alongside until you're ready.

Does Kyber do tachograph analysis or drivers' hours?

No. Kyber tracks tacho calibration dates and records walkaround checks, but it doesn't read tacho data or check drivers' hours. Keep your current tacho analysis for that.

How much does it cost?

A monthly price based on the size of your fleet, plus a one-off setup fee. There's no charge per vehicle. See the pricing page, or book a demo and we'll give you an exact figure for your fleet.

See it run with jobs like yours.

Thirty minutes on a call. We'll show you the office, the driver app and the paperwork Kyber would take off your desk. No obligation.
